Racha Noi Dive Sites

Racha Noi Dive Sites

The Racha Noi dive sites are often dived in conjunction with day trips to Racha Yai. Basically similar diving to Racha Yai except usually with better visibility due to the deeper waters surrounding the island. Racha Noi is probably the best place in the immediate area to Phuket to see a giant Manta ray, most likely at the southern tip. Nice rock formations on the western side. For all levels of divers except for the south tip which is for more experience divers due to the depth and strong currents. It is not unusual to have visibility around 30 metres.

An ideal place to learn to scuba dive and get you PADI certification.

Sites include: Banana Bay, South Tip, Racha Noi Bay, Camera Bay, Marina Bay and North Bay.
