Torolina Pinnacle – Surin Islands

Torolina Pinnacle is situated at the southern tip of the south Surin islands and is well marked by a large mooring line.

This is a favorite dive site of the scuba diving liveaboards heading out of Khao Lak and Phuket.

Having a slithered rock pinnacle that starts around 20 metres and reportedly heads as deep as 60 metres it has an amazing and diverse range of marine fish. Containing possible one of the best selection of schooling sweetlips, butterflyfish, angelfish and plenty of pelagics swimming around.

A great selection of soft coral in many different colors actually had scuba divers commenting that it possibly could be better than the famous Richelieu Rock. It’s only downside is its depth which makes it a difficulty dive for novices or those with poor air consumption. Watch your deco time on this dive.
