MV Lapat liveaboard in the Similan Islands

MV Lapat runs 4 day/4 night scuba diving liveaboard trips to to the world famous scuba diving sites of the Similan Islands, Koh Bon, Koh Tachai and Richelieu Rock. MV Lapat also has local Phuket low season Koh Phi Phi and Racha Island 3 day liveaboards running through July, August and September 2022.

The Food

The on board cook serves meals on board which are served buffet style and freshly prepared from the on board kitchen. Snacks and fruits are served in between dives. The dinghy also allows you to spend some time on the beautiful beaches of the Similan Islands and Koh Tachai.

The Cabins

She has twin bed shared cabins that accommodates 16 guests all in air conditioned comfort.

This scuba diving liveaboard Vessel was recently built in 2016 and.is 24 meters long and 5 meters wide. There is lots of space to enjoy the time in between dives and very relaxed and chilled boat. She claims to have very comfortable mattresses. She also has one of the most experienced captains in the Andaman Sea.

What is Included

Equipment, air-conditioning in all cabins. All meals, fruits, drinking water, coffee, tea. Divemaster supervision, tanks, weights, weight belts. Limited accident & recompression chamber insurance and hopefully some excellent scuba diving.

What is not Included

Transfer to and from your hotel / dive vessel (THB 500). Torch for Night Dive: THB 100 Suunto Dive Computer: THB 300 per day.

Do I Need to Know How To Swim to Scuba Dive?

This is a question that I often get asked, and really it is not as simple as YES or NO. If you want to become a certified scuba diver by doing the PADI Open Water Diver Course, the answer is yes.
