PADI Divemaster Phuket – June 2024 – Endorsement

When I first started exploring options for my PADI Divemaster course in Phuket, I spoke with several dive shops to get a sense of what each one offered. From the very first conversation with Ash at Aussie Divers Phuket, I felt well-informed about what the course would involve, how long it would take, and the overall approach to training. Ash explained everything clearly, covering both the logistics and what to expect from transitioning from a recreational diver to a professional one. The idea of “going pro” was definitely intimidating at first — after all, becoming a Divemaster is a big step into the professional side of diving. However, after my experience with Aussie Divers, I can confidently say it was far less daunting than I initially thought.

Throughout my PADI Divemaster training in Phuket, I felt completely supported by the entire team at Aussie Divers. One of the most valuable things I gained from the Divemaster course in Phuket is my vastly improved air consumption during dives. Spending time on the boat every day, learning how to control my breathing and conserve air, has made my dives much longer and more enjoyable. I also developed a better sense of situational awareness underwater, which is crucial when diving with others. Now, when I go on dive trips with friends, I feel more prepared and confident in ensuring the dives go smoothly, keeping an eye on everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Ultimately, the biggest takeaway from my PADI Divemaster course in Phuket is my overall confidence as a diver. The Aussie Divers team helped me fine-tune my skills to a professional standard, and because of that, I know that every dive I do from here on out will be more enjoyable and rewarding.
