The Smiling Seahorse
Overview
Launched in 2018, the MV Smiling Seahorse is a custom-built liveaboard designed for exploring the remote waters of Myanmar. Its steel hull and powerful engines tackle challenging seas, while its spacious layout (eight cabins for 16 guests) ensures diver comfort. Photographers will love the dedicated camera room, rinse tanks, charging stations, and editing areas, all staffed by gear-savvy crew.
Accommodation
All the cabins come with air conditioning,
- 2 Master Cabins. Main Deck, Double Bed, Private Bathroom
- 4 Deluxe Cabins. Main Deck, Double/Twin/Twin Bed, Private Bathroom
- 2 Standard Cabins. Upper Deck, Double Bed, Shared Bathroom
Features
Food
All meals are served buffet style on the shaded upper deck. Really tasty traditional Thai food with the occasional Western style meal. There’s never a problem if you have any special dietary requests just please give us some advance warning.
Safety
Radio/communication system, GPS, Furuno Radar, Depth Sounder, Auto Pilot, AIS Transponder, Medical Oxygen, Extensive First Aid Kit, 2 x Life Raft, EPIRD. Accident & recompression chamber insurance.
Included
Air-conditioning in all cabins. All meals, fruits, drinking water, coffee, tea. Divemaster supervision, tanks, weights, weight belts. Transfer to and from your hotel / dive vessel.
Excluded
National Park Entry fee, equipment rental, dive insurance, alcoholic drinks.

Recommended to be Advanced Certified or higher and must have recent dive experience.
