During the IDC Staff Instructor program, you will be assessed on the following:
- Minimum 80% on Dive Theory Exams
- Minimum 80% on the PADI Systems, Standards and Procedures Exam
- Skill Evaluation (24 dive skills with a score of 96 or above)
- Knowledge development teaching presentation
- Confined water teaching presentation
- Attend IDC Staff Instructor Course presentations
- Meet evaluation scoring parameters
