Phi Phi & Shark Point

Scuba Diving Day Trip Phuket

Overview

This Phi Phi Shark Point day trip is a full-day scuba diving adventure perfect for all experience levels. Explore the underwater world of Phi Phi with dives at two stunning locations (often Koh Bida Nok and Phi Phi Lay), encountering vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. Then, head to Shark Point, named for the leopard sharks that frequent the area. Explore the underwater pinnacles teeming with colourful soft corals, giant Gorgonian fans, and an abundance of marine life, from tiny ghost pipefish and seahorses to majestic leopard sharks.

The Phi Phi Islands boast a diverse underwater world with colourful coral reefs, particularly at Koh Bida Nok, which is known for its abundance of marine life. These islands are a great spot to see sharks like leopard sharks and blacktip reef sharks, which pose no danger to humans and are sometimes visible to snorkelers in shallow areas.

Shark Point offers an exciting mix of marine life, from commonly spotted Kuhl’s stingrays and cuttlefish to occasional sightings of whale sharks, spotted eagle rays, and even rare shovelnose rays. However, currents and waves can be strong, making it more suitable for experienced divers.
